Correct — we never cap how much feedback you collect, on any plan including Free. Collecting reports is the whole point of the product, so metering it would be self-defeating. What differs between plans is how long feedback is kept: 30 days on Free, 6 months on Starter, 2 years on Pro, and forever on Agency.
No. Testers just use the app normally. When they spot an issue, they tap the floating feedback button. They annotate a screenshot, record a voice note, and submit — all from inside the app. No login, no separate tool needed.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
It is removed once it passes your plan's retention window, along with its screenshots and recordings. We'll warn you in the dashboard before anything is deleted, and upgrading extends the window — so if you need a longer history for a client project, moving up a plan keeps it.
